The Legnum with no mods (maybe only K&N panel filter and fuelling sorted) can easily do that time and speed if you throw it from 400 meter high skyscraper
If you upgrade the turbos like on mine you can beat that speed easily and achieve a .5 of a sec 1/4 mile time at 6416 mph (if you attach it to one of those rocket sleds like this one.) click here
