im not a snooker or pool person although i do get better when im drunk nope im an ice hockey player but aint dun that for a few years now i think i might die if i tryed althought the physio did say skateing may be good for me as it is flat and low impacked not the way i did it lol

From a family that's had loads of back operations (thankfully none for me yet) take it very easy afterwards, then make your core muscles as strong as you possible can.

I was indeed Roberto! I had my op on the Friday immediately preceding the World Championships, and was signed off for two weeks. Perfect daytime viewing - all day! Well, unless you're not a fan...
