Spacers should be fine as well as they are bolted in strongly and won't cause extra flex

iv still got to lay the AMP wiring and run speaker wiring to and fro, install the new MAP80 Mogoose alarm that runs off the factory Key Buttons...
Install suspension

Exciting Times...
this is really a fun job and a good project for Gen-8 to be doing,Brad you will need to get acustom Plate for this you know..

lol, you don't own that plate anyway do you?
depends, according the LTSA I do, but really it is my brothers
well heres some more pictures.. Car audio and wiring laid .. just got to X-over the door wiring then insert the audio once pillars have been painted...
interior is pretty much complete now tho..
Have a feeling with the black interior that car is gonna look the dog's dangly bits.
It's hard to tell in the photos, but it looks like you've cut the carpet a bit around the amp. Is the carpet completely removed under the amp? Or is just slits cut at each end for the cables?

big arse amp,no room, had to slice back the air snorkel too
How did the amp get in the way of the air snorkel? lol
Cool, I've done something similar with mine, just a small slit in the carpet to allow a shorter earth lead.
I HAVE tried that.. I'm still undecided where to put my second amp as it is. The first amp under the passengers seat drives the front woofers and tweeters (4 channels), while the second amp will drive the sub.
