Well chuffed with myself today.

Most of you may have seen in my other thread that I had a leak at the front of my car.

I got another standard IC from Peter Thomson last week ( thank you very much Peter).

So today I was a busy bee.

First off I changed the front brake pads then stripped the front of the car to fit the IC. While I was at it I fitted my ATF cooler I'v had since October.

One of my side light bulbs had gone so while I had the lights out I decided to change side lights, main beam & full beam. I know it was only one bulb that had gone but I thought what the hell I'll do them all. At least I know they have all been done & are all the same age.

So as title says I'm well chuffed with myself.

Following on this thread I was'nt so chuffed today.

When I finished all the work yesterday I took the car to be washed & I put on the right indicater & it was flashing on the dash quite quickly. I thought I have'nt plugged the wire back in so pulled over & yes thats what I had done so plugged it in Problem solved.

So today driving down to Crail it was foggy. I thought I'll put the front fog lights on. Then it crossed my mined that I plugged the drivers side fog light back in but cant remember plugging the passenger one back in so I did'nt bother.

Got to Crail & paid to get in & the woman at the entrance said. Do you know your passenger light is'nt working? I said no but thanks anyway.

Scott & I went & paid to go on to the strip & I said to Scott my lights not working could it be cause I have'nt plugged the fog light back in? He said may be.

I had to jack the car up cause I could'nt get far enough under the car to see what I was doing. Plugged the Fog light back in but still no lights on the PS.

Popped the bonnet & what do I fined?

I had'nt plugged in any of the PS lights. How much of a Knob did I feel? After plugging in the indicater & not noticing that I had'nt plugged in the main beam,full beam & side lights.
