is the pre face front bar reinforcement the same as facelift front bar one??

You mean the front impact bar? I am sure they are the same, as everything is interchangeable.

yeah i want to put a facelift bar on my pre facelift legnum. but i only have the facelift bar cover only no metal rheo. that why i want to use my pre f/L one.

Some of the earlier ones didn't have locating tabs on them, which just makes it a bit easier to put back on.
