I also have a pair of ST-R's, stock facelift wheels, Enkei RPF1's and an 850CSi that aren't in the pictures

If I'm replying to your thread and helping you out, it is because I like you and want to help out your VR-4 ownership. No other reason

Awesome!

The main reason for actually posting it is the new white TC-005's which match my greyTC-005's shown in some of the other pics. They are very light weight. They are the same size as an EVO 7-9 wheel, 17x8 38mm, but whereas the EVO wheels are 9.1kg to 10.1kg, these are only 6.8kg.
They will be painted grey before being fitted to the green 2000 ST-R
Brad i want them spokey Evo mags... i want to try them on the Mivec, kos i think im having dilemmas finding an elegant wheel
7's i think
How does the car perform on track with those light wheels compared to before?Originally Posted by bradc

Steve, I was running the EVO 7 wheels on the track last time, which are the ones with the semi slicks on in the pictures. I have always had EVO wheels on when going to the track as the 9.5" wheels are a bit too wide for 225/45 semi slicks.
how much?
$500?
Am liking the Wedsports in a darker color. Kinda like what I want to do with my e8's when I get them repainted.
Can you still get cheap semi-slicks Brad??
I got them from these guys http://www.justtrucksnz.co.nz/
They have an EVO in the production series and are just down the road from my work. They only really have 225/45/17 though.
If you come across a set from them let me know.... oh and 225/45/17 isnt a problem at all.Originally Posted by bradc
Where did you get the 17x8 Weds from?
And do your tyre guys have any more with more tread then the last set I got haha?
Got them from trademe, the guy was selling them as honda odyssey wheels, I got lucky
for the tyres it just depends on what they have at the time. Less tread means lower price
my wife and sisters are the same way with shoes as you seem to be with vr4 and wheel
Brad, still got those tyres you want to get rid of?
Those are the ones on the green VR-4 at the moment, which it sounds like Quinton may want
