If I ever get around to mapping the EMB (now fitted for over 2 years) I am hoping things will get even better.

Eek! 600km (372miles) will probably be a bit too much for me. I managed another 12 miles on that 342miles last night. The fuel light began to flicker at around 348 and is now coming on when on an uphill slope. I normally manage to fill around 51litres at this stage, but I'm determined to get a few more miles out of it

You will be fine as long as you don't go uphill You've got around 7-12 litres left at the moment.
If I'm replying to your thread and helping you out, it is because I like you and want to help out your VR-4 ownership. No other reason
Ja I've been driving around on what I thought was the end of my tank until yesterday.
When I start the car at home (flat surface) the light stayed off for a little while and then came on after about a minute or so. This car's fuel gauge is different to my previous one in that my needle can go slightly beyond the empty mark before I have 10 litres left.
When I filled up yesterday, I put in 50 litres so I agree with Brad that you should be able to go a little bit further, especially considering that yours is manual.
And yes - the uphill was my car's Kryptonite on that fateful trip home, i could have made it otherwise (was about 1km from home!)
I'm normally at around the 57+ litre mark before i have to shake the fuel into the engineOriginally Posted by Atik

I thought 10.9 l/100km was pretty good.
looks like I have been driving too slowly.
And I need a remap
Gave it the beans this tank, and also boost issues (freaking Hyper)Originally Posted by dickytim

Just driving long distances, not making boost, thats about it really.
This reminds me.. I really should get my Wideband 02 adjusted.. Just hope it doesn't affect my MOT today
