i wanted one for my rover when i had that many years ago. if you dont want to pay for an expensive factory built one, you can always do it on the cheap by getting your hands on the pipe and flanges and take them to a welder. it wont look pretty but does it matter when its tucked away under the car?
just remember to put the cat back on a few weeks before the MOT

most of them yes. strut braces will presumably fit on both as long as i go for a leggie. i kept the K&N air filter from my GDI and that will fit the VR4 too. im not going to bother with alloys as the VR4 is 5 stud and performance mods will be limited to an exhaust system. that will probably be the only V6 mod done apart from better brakes but only better by brand, not a proper upgrade
i only got this car last week so it will be quite a while before i can afford anything

i have had another idea about a decat but i need to tap into the knowledge here. would a PFL V6 leggie donor car provide a cat that can had the internals removed leaving the outer casing to swap straight into my leggie?
i really dont want to buy a pipe if i can get a cheaper option lol
