    Brake caliper refurb

I've got this far, but is there an easy way to get the rubber dust cover and metal clip to fit in please.

Thanks Peter, I've just tried that but can't get the dust cover to stretch over the piston, its like dealing with a slippery eel. Maybe I just need to try harder unless someone has any better ideas.

Have you got a set of circlip pliers? I found those really helped when I refurbed the ones on Hermes.

Like Peter, I fitted the internal seal, then the piston, put the dust boot over the piston face and pushed the piston home until the large end of the dust boot went into the groove. Fitting the retainer clip was a faff.

Thanks Kieran. As you can see from the left side of the pic I've done all that so far and faffed and fafffed and f---ing faffed most of the afternoon. I'll try again tomorrow maybe try to find some circlip pliers.
