i did get a run in Bills car when he picked me up at the train station but he had just picked up his VR4 so didnt really know its limits. i would like to see what they are capable of with an experienced owner. not that i am criticising him. any decent driver takes a while to learn a new cars limits. there are so many variables that 2 VR4s of the same age and spec will have slight differences so it makes sense to find the limits of any newly purchased car over time. im still cautious with the V6 even though it is my 3rd 8th gen galant. it is the first estate i have ever owned though and im glad i went for it

Iv'e been to Braemar to the Highland Games there when the Queen payed a visit,from memory it's a nice twisty run. Im' happy to go anywhere in the VR4

The A93 from the South is a hoot, the Aberdeen folks have a choice of entertaining routes.

there's some truly awesome roads up around ballater/braemar area & i don't need much, if any excuse to go for a hurl up there! i can recommend the chipper in ballater if anyone gets the munchies, the food there is brilliant & the portions are huuuuge
God wish I could get back up there to have a run on the Tomintuol road to Ballater, fantastic when we was up their for our holiday last year, shame about the chip in the windscreen, but thats another story.
