I've just uploaded a video following Mike and Andy back to Braemar from the Linn o' Dee.
Here
Not too happy with the editing, need more practice.
ETA, I've been practicing, new improved version linked.

Believed to be the only Palma Red / Thurston Grey tiptronic Legnum VR-4 driven by me.
...before it went to deepest Englandshire.
Great vid there Alitair.
I said to Mike yesterday that the back end of my car was feeling a bit lively.
After closer inspection today the O/S rear shock has had it so will put up a WTB thread.
Anyway here's my pics.
The mighty Leedsnum has gone but the Airtrek mods will soon fill this space
How To:Contact Committee or Moderators.

Well I dont have to start a WTB thread. Peter Thomson to the rescue again. He's a star. Thank you Peter.
Well went to download all my pics from the meet onto my laptop and soemthing went wrong and the card reader has corrupted the cf card and it now says theres nothing on it. Anyone know if theres a way to recover the files on the cf card or are they all lost. This is the second time its happened,my previous cf card got corruted too, think I better get a new card reader or get the laptop checked for viruses. If anyone can help give us a shout.
Sorry I cant help with that hope someone on here can help. Would be a pitty if you ;loose all the pics.
Ouch! losing photos is not nice.Originally Posted by BillHardy
I've had great success with PhotoRec from the TestDisk suite of utilities.
Provided the media is not entirely dead and the data has not been physically overwritten you should be OK.
Best of luck!
just like to thank Andy again for organising the day out, me & Kelly had a really good time, even though we 'got the sun' a bit
Kelly got us home in just over an hour *cough* but she didn't think she was driving that fast!
anyway, it was good seeing Andy again & meeting up with some other VR4 masochists too. only one thing though, Alistair, i thought you were going to edit in some sideways action into your video clip?!
joking aside, we'd a really good day out & are looking forward to the next one, wherever it may be. we'll definitely have to book somewhere for food next time so we can all talk horse 5h1t round the same table!
cheers to Andy again, nice meeting the rest of you & look forward to getting drunk at the next one
Another vid!
I'm getting better at this editing lark, but still no spliced in sideways action.
...yet!
thats quality alistair, im famous now. i even think the car took off again
Have some more fame!Originally Posted by col1n
I'm redoing the Linn o' Dee one and will leave it uploading when I head to bed...
Linn o' Dee to Braemar is now here!
Great Vids Alistair. What did you use to edit it?
Alistair,I travelled the same root a short while before you and the VW camper that went the other way, followed by the RAC van,was broken down in the middle of a steep incline further along. It is an invigorating drive,we turned off left on the B951 I think.
The vids are great.
