Which ECU is best?

have some noob question here bout ECU

1. Which 1 is the best ECU for performance. 7201, 7202 or 7203 ?
2. Do they Interchangeable each other, say 7201 goes to Legnum VR-4 FL A/T and 7203 goes to Galant VR-4 PFL M/T

I believe they are all interchangable, however there may be some differences in Auto and Manual. I would also consider the difference in model, type V & S.....

For example if you replace the ECU in an Auto PFL VR4 with a FL Auto Ecu you will see an increase in the BHP as the PFL was "detuned" very slightly.......

I think all can be reprogrammed now to achieve better performance or better fuel economy....... in terms of better technology though the latter models should be better..........

However if you are looking for tuning opotunities it's got to be a stand alone device really.........

For what you will spend changing ECUs (if you're not going to reprogram) you'll get more out of a boost controller.

As Ghost quite correctly says, if you can't run it on 98RON fuel or better, and want serious power, you'd do better to fit a standalone.
