You havent got a drivers seat cover in good condition (as in no rips or major wear) that you wouldnt mind selling........ the lady drives an FTO and the drivers seat is a little shabby...........
And well done on a bobby bargin

Laura, my common law wife has had an FTO since April, she's already on her second........Originally Posted by andyleaves
I bought the first for Laura's birthday, a dark blue FTO GP (2l V6 non-mivec) auto, a really well kept standard example, very nice, really reminded me of a baby Ferrari California........ then some prat drove into the back, then it really reminded me of scrap metal..........
The replacement, is very nice, another GP, in silver with Raliart alloys and suspension and a mongoos exhaust to top it off........ so a little better performance/responsiveness and slightly better handling.......... unfortunately it wasnt as tidy, mostly everythings been sorted except a recon of the alloys and the driver split bolster.........
Good luck, they are nice seats, pretty much a bucket seat yet comfy......... in the FTO they feel very low compared to the Leggy...... are they a straight swap or do you need to weld up some new rails???????Originally Posted by 1timeVR4
I think this might fit the back but I'm not sure. £5 posted ?Originally Posted by Ghost_2008

P.S It looks as though it hasa circular stain on it. Well it hasn't, just a trick of the light. Dusty but never been used.
Do you have the seat bit as well? For that sort of price I might bit your arm off if you have........ as it's mainly worn on the seat bolster on the right hand side (as if your sitting in the chair)........ Cheers AdamOriginally Posted by John TheAntique
No, sorry
Well i'm giving the FTO a good once over at the weekend, so I'll have a look at the seat and let you know if it's of any use.......Originally Posted by John TheAntique

yeah i think mine has finally gone....where i dont know...lol
i was having a look at it the other day and i noticed that a few things were not right. and i suspect that the seat had been broken by the previous owner. as it's made a right old racket since ive had the car. is your old seat the same material as mine??? if so mate, how much you want for your old one?
I have FTO seats fitted in mine VR4. Bough ones for 50 quid for decent pair (no tears no rips etc).
Very few mods required and those seats are spot-on.
Ex: Galant VR4
Running 268 HP ATW and 443 Nm torque at 0.9 bar
Now: Lancer Evolution 8 FQ-300
Running 325 HP ATW and 510 Nm torque at 1.6 bar
Wow - you was robbed !
I got some replacement seats for my Supra for nowt and one of them is a proper electric effort
Its always a nice feeling when you get (as Nick Mann would say) a bobbie bargain
How do you guys go about fitting these??
