head light bulb change ????

hello all,
ive been looking to make my lights on my legnum stand out abit. by either halo/hid/xenon kit. As i have said in earlier posts im new to cars "this is my first" and would like to custom my car but on a budget. ive found a set of bulbs which i think match our needs (h1,h3,h7) but they say that they are for vauxhall vectra. will these fit ???
also what sort of thing would you go for to upgrade/customize the front lights.

any suggestions would be much appriciatred
