UK Transport website

Hey, been spending a while searching, but someones userID was deleted so im finding it very hard to locate.

I used a website to have my car picked up from down south and delivered to Manchester.

The website allows transport compnaies to annouce trips they are about to make stating that their trailer will be empty on one of the directions - you can then contact them and get them to pick up stuff you need delivered.

Anyone got any idea what this URL is?
