This car was first imported back in 2001 and has had two owners since joining our shores. Have owned her for 6 months but my wife is now expecting our second baby and it's sadly time for a cheaper option.

Not really an expert on the VR4 but I've been taking her to a local Mitsubishi specialist for servicing. Have a pile of receipts to show it's been looked after and to my knowledge it hasn't been modified (might be good or bad depending on your view!). She runs really well and is in overall good condition. Has a fantastic Kenwood touch screen Sat Nav, DVD, bluetooth etc with rear screens in the head rests (which my daughter will miss). It even has a PS3...!

The paintwork does have some marks as you would expect from a 14 year old car. Some scratches on the front bumper and a chip on the bonnet. There are also some scuff marks on the front allows. Other than that she's in good condition.

Was talking about this last week at the STS meet that these cars are getting sold to cheap & thats what is driving the price of them down.

I did post at 2750 at first which I was hoping to get £2500. But I had no comments whatsoever so thought I better try and drum up some interest.
I was hoping to get more before I started looking what they were going for but it seems most people aren't looking for a thirsty petrol at the mo... Shame, they don't know what they're missing!

Horndog, you haven't managed to find any time and space have you? I've just been a right turkey and reversed into a work colleague's car. Now I have a nice big hole in the rear bumper where it was filled by the previous owner...



Now I've either got to worry about putting the damage right (anyone any suggestions how to get hold of a rear bumper?!) or maybe breaking it?!?

I wouldn't mind but i have a reversing camera. The missus had switched it off to have a rant about work and I just wasn't paying attention... schoolboy stuff.

OK, just had this pass it's MOT so valid until October 2011. The rear bumper is now fixed along with the scratch on the front bumper so she's looking fine! Bargain for someone...

The trouble is nothing really seems to be selling i can't shift my Scoob to get one of these motors so decided to keep it for now,i just don't want to sell it for silly money shame really as i was offered two Vr4's last week

And looking at yours it would have been perfect the dvd sold it to the mrs[keeps the kids quiet] lol
