Power Steering fluid

Hi guys only me,
how easy is it to change the power steering fluid on the old vr4 bad boy. Haven't changed it since i brought it.

Is not to big job,is a very good article here somewhere added by Kieran,will describe step by step what and how you have to do.
I did a quick search,but didn`t found it yet,probably you should have bigger luck.
