V6 Elegance and 19" rims?

i think the thinest stud converting spacer can be 15mm (may have been 20) i run 25's on the front and 35's on the rear of the van.

i had the problem of finding some decent 4x114 wheels for mine. how hard is the 5 stud conversion to do and what does it involve doing?
