Something Weird going on...

Okay. All of a sudden my car is making WAY more boost than it should be.

Sorry, im going to work in Bar here, but thats what my gauge reads..

I have MBC, which was set to about .85 bar, it would usually spike up to about a bar even and then come back down to .85

Now, it is running about a bar and spiking up to about 1.3 bar. This is after ive turned the mbc down a bit.

its weird, because there is NO BOOSTCUT. (apart from when i went for a hoon one night and it was 0 degrees out, however it would do that previously)

The only modification ive done recently is the plate rear diff but surely that wouldnt effect the boost?

If its spiking that high but still holding the same pressure it could be a sticking wastegate!
