Hi recalls have all been carried out

1 Gallun, and front suspension REGUNAMU three models (ROAAMU) recall already carried out work on 2003/11/20
2 Gallun, VR-4 series REGUNAMU ASC recall already carried out work on 2001/11/08
Gallun three, four cars and REGUNAMU (4WD vehicles) 2000/07/26 recall for fuel tank work already carried out

1 gear runs, concerning the blower fan airflow control control equipment of [regunamu] and [asupaia] the recall 2005/04/12 Front suspension of 3 models such as job unexecuted

2 gear runs and [regunamu] (the lower arm) concerning the recall 2003/11/20 The job unexecuted

3 gear runs, concerning ASC of the [regunamu] VR-4 series the recall 2001/11/08 4 models such as work performance end

4 gear run and [regunamu] (the 4WD car) concerning the fuel tank the recall 2000/07/26 Work performance end

so 2 jobs needed on mine, are they likely to still be free? who should i ring? ( in dundee if relevent)

Yes the work should still be free but you may have to go through Mitzi UK first using the contact info in this thread

It does to apply annoyance truly, concerning the customer who is “job unexecuted” item, but please request gratuitous repair job to the dealership or the nearby dealership which you purchase.

Translates as the customer is bound to be pissed off when the jobs not done so request a free repair from your dealership!!!

Simply yes, if there is still any out standing recalls on any Legnum`s they will still do the work.

Understand dude, when I phoned up Mitsubishi in Brighton to find out about the recall status on my red vr4 they bent over backwards to help out even to the extent of phoning me back after a few days & offering to book my car in on the Island for me if it did need any work.

Alas there was nothing outstanding which was good news! You would think being NZ & there being 10x more over there they would be pretty helpfull? Probably had issue`s somewhere down the line maybe?

Of course, that's the recall record in Japan. If the car was exported a number of years ago, it may have even been before the recalls were issued. In that case, NZ Mitsi (or UK Mitsi if over here) should have a record of recall work.

So yes, still best check with Mitsi NZ.
