help need autogear box ecu

can any one help me i have vr4 legnum that has ecu fault as i have just put new gear box in and my ecu has a fault and put the car in to limp gear

Is the ecu at fault or is this a mismatch of box and ecu?

I believe it is mismatched ECU. Just waiting for reply to exact Part No's he requires !
