Cant Find What im Looking for.....

A couple of days ago i was searching through the forum and came across a post which detailed all of the Amsoil oils and quantities required for a complete service of all of the many oily bits on the VR4. I now cant for the life of me find it and its driving me nuts.
I hate asking bone questions that have been asked many many times before but i have been searching for this post for days now and i cant find it again. I know its in here somewhere which makes it all the more frustrating.
If any one couild point me in the right direction to find this post i would be very very grateful.
