Sorted pictures for you - you just need to use the File Upload Manager (the paperclip from the top line of icons).

thanks for your help nev,yes the twin spot is on my sport, it look like i still can't sort these damm pics out? need help witrh the paper clip process!

When you are in the 'Advanced Reply' (or Advanced Edit), click on the paperclip and document icon from the top row of icons. Ignore the paperclip button in the lower row of icons.

This will take you to the File Upload Manager. Once you have clicked on Upload Files, you can select to upload files from a URL. Copy and paste here the Direct Link to your picture (i.e. not the 'embed' or any other option). Then they will upload to your uploaded pictures folder, and they will be available for insertion (using the Insert Inline button) into your post.

sorry nev i am totaly lost with the pic process,having a stupid blonde day! could you please help me again with the pics ive tried to load so that everyone can have a look.
i will try the proper process when i next upload pics,fingers crossed
