There are a few JDM looking G's stateside now, I think? Good luck, and as said,
The front bumpers are a bit different, and you'll need the headlights (which are a slightly different shape) and possibly grille as well so as not to leave gaps and for things to fit correctly. Then you will have to mess around with the headlight settings, as I understand the USDM lights are a single headlamp setup with the orange sidelights, whereas the JDM lights are twin-lamp with indicator. Eminently doable though with a small amount of effort, as I understand it, but not quite as simple as swapping the bumper across. Not aware of any issues at the back of the saloon (sedan) as regards bumpers though - just check the exhaust exits the same side as the cut-out, or you'll have to get busy with the hacksaw!

Yeah there are quite a few 8G's in the US with JDM bumpers grill and lights. Most of them have quite good taste and get facelift items.
