Smile New VR4 Owner in NZ

    Hey all

Just purchased Oggies old Legnum VR4, and was told about this site so decided to sign up

    141,000 KM
    Manual
    1996
    2.5L Twin Turbo

Let's just say it's a lot quicker than the Daewoo Lanos I owned before

Will post up some picture's when I have her cleaned up after a nice Wax and wash.

    Plans for the future:
    Upgrade Intercooler + piping
    Maybe install a pod filter
    Install facelift bumper
Change the rear spoiler (Huge wing!)
    Install foglights, get nicer headlights

Just mainly cosmetic's at this stage.

Look forward to getting to know you all and whatnot!

    Don't install a pod filter.

And send me the 2142 game that I paid you for 2 years ago.

    Why no Pod filter?

If this was off GP, I did send it! I even remember still having it installed on my computer after I sold it and trying to find a working crack for it so I could have a quick fix But never ended up being able to get it to work, and I'm sure I gave you the account details aswell as it was all tied to one CD key.

Ended up buying a new copy when I wanted to play it again earlier this year anyway

Yep, swap in a high-flow panel filter, and you should find that to be more than sufficient for your needs!

And don't forgot to post up pics once you're done polishing!

Was on ICONZ, never received it. But meh, account details were all good.

And yeah, pod filter doesn't play nicely with the MAF. Not to mention that there is very little room in the engine bay that isn't occupied by engine or hot air.
