it has been tested on TV.. but they had no way to advance their timing for the ignition spark so it showed up no gain, and they called it a fail!! if you can add advance timing into your setup, it could produce a little gain... best bet is to just get a ECU with two maps.. one for race fuel or meth and a second map for pump fuel.. or 2 factory ecus.. one re flashed for race fuel and a second you would plug in for pump fuel?? just a few options if fuel is where you want to get your power from... another thing to read up on is water injection, although i do not recommend DIY kits.. pro kits are cheap enough these days and the pump technology is good too.

yeah your right rich, after looking more into these products what a load of crap! just another skank!
as for the water injection, suppose it only works better with a turbocharged engine, my galant is n/a.

id say yes it would work better on a turbocharged engine but the theory behind it still suggestes protection against pingging/detonation when advancing you ignition timing which in turn should create extra power. as well as steam cleaning your head and bores. then perhaps looking into skimming the heads for a little more compression could become a option so long as the valves have the clearance.

not 100% sure on this, im just putting it out there for conversation.

On your n/a Galant you don't need to worry at all. Just get normal 95 octane.
If I'm replying to your thread and helping you out, it is because I like you and want to help out your VR-4 ownership. No other reason
