    Cool Michelin Pilot Exalto

After much deliberation, research, umming and ahhing I finally had the beast re-shod this weekend with Michelin Pilot Exalto's. The Yoko's managed just over 20k miles - I expect these to be at least 50% better (assuming I grow out of my 'roundabout thing'!! :rolleyes5 ).

Initial impressions are very good - Tyre noise considerably down, steering feels much more positive.

Where were the Goodyear Eagle F1 on your selection ? These are even better then the Michellin Pilot Sport 2.
We work to live, and to live is to drive a VR-4, around corners at speed. But it costs see here

GY F1 were top of the list (based upon comments from this board). Got a deal on the Michelin's and figured I'd save the F1's for when I've got bigger wheels. Now just have to decide between 17 or 18"..........................
