Why does mineral / spring water that has supposedly trickled through mountains for hundreds of years have a use by date?
Possibly the only VR4 that was driven by the current owner before being registered..... & it's a UK car
Sounds logical to me.... as Rhod Gilbert says - Ill take that as an answer.
only certain speices of crab can regrow limbs and in alaska fisherman will pull the claws off a crab and throw it back in to the sea so that it can be harvested again later!!
but to answer the question no a leg wont grow a new crab as the leg will be techniclaly dead while hopefully the rest of the crab will survive and eventually grow a new limb
right there are three answers to this
1. all companies that produce consumables must by law put a use by date on their products.
2. There are two main types of sterilization that all food and drink manufacturers use. The first is the use of peracetic acid that gives an instant kill to most pathogens (bugs that make you ill). The second is the use of steam. Holding a steam temperature of above 120 degrees in the product line for 15 minutes will kill virtually all pathogens. However, some bacteria form spores which are virtually indestructible and can last for millions of years. The only way to make totally sterile drinks would be to irradiate them, which wouldn't make them radioactive, but would make them cost a great deal of money to produce. Thus, the manufacturer cannot guarantee that their product is free of pathogens and gives it a 'use by' to minimize their liability.
3. packaging deteriation is another consideration for sell by dates
You'rer just too damn good POM. Right one last attempt to stump you:
Why indoors do you get to different levels using stairs, but outdoors, use steps?
If a vehicle was travelling at the speed of light and it turned its hedlights on, what would happen?
ah it's a common minomer there Chris "stairs" are an entire run of their smaller components "steps"
the seperation of stairs being indoors and steps outside is merely a liguistic derivation!
back in the days when i was studing law and eco always been told that if "a=b, then b=a" ... which i have no problem with ... but if so then what u guy gonna say abt that:
u can prick ur finger but dont finger ur prick )))))
the light coming out would be traveling at the speed of light plus the speed of the car (also the speed of light) so 2 times the speed of light. Of course this is impossible, but that is only because traveling faster than the speed of light is currently theoretically impossible.
in fact the light would travel at the same speed as the car so the head lights would glow but not project
I salute you & all your enlightenment
