the light coming out would be traveling at the speed of light plus the speed of the car (also the speed of light) so 2 times the speed of light. Of course this is impossible, but that is only because traveling faster than the speed of light is currently theoretically impossible.

in fact the light would travel at the same speed as the car so the head lights would glow but not project

If you stood in the middle of the road and a car was approaching at the speed of light with its headlights on would you see the headlights for the split nano second before you ceased to be?

So i assume that you would stillbe able to see the lights as they approach the average head light is visable at a distance of 14 miles in perfect conditions (flat land totally clear night) and given that the speed of light is 186 282.397 miles per second you would get very very little warning of your impending death

Kermit is a puppet so i imagine a few well placed pnches would take out his operator and the control sticks for his arms
so i reckon if you fight clever you would have no worries
