Well it's all gone from bad to worse..
The manufacturer have refused to make anymore, and have refused to give a refund. The company that i ordered them from used a 3rd party manufacturer, as they only supply and don't manufacture these parts themselves. Didn't find that out until recently. Thought the manufacturer was part of the same company.
So.. The company i have ordered from have agreed to reimburse me with half the costs that was paid.. But not in cash, in other goods. My hands are tied! So i will have to look at all there parts stocked at see what parts i can place an order on, to sell on, to make a profit and then reimburse you lot with your original purchase price.

If i could have all the lashers back that i have sent out! I will then test all of them in my car, and then make up some good sets and hopefully sell them on to recoup some cash back. Apparently they fit other cars as well as ours? This i will look into...

So there it is.. Another failed Group Buy Sorry guys

Well i've tried to find a product that the company produce, that i can purchase to sell on for a profit. But there is nothing that i can use! I can't sell 1000pcs of window mechanism's or 500 electric sunroof motors etc... I don't know in which direction to take this now, in respect of reimbursing the group buy members. As well as myself who ordered another 8 sets(Toatal of 40) so the overall price to yourselves would be reduced even further! And hopefully there would be some more members who wanted the Lashers after the Group Buy had finished. I'm resigned to the fact that my money has been lost! And i can't see a way of getting GB members money back either.
So i suppose i'm saying that enoughs, enough! I've tried my damnedest to make this GB work, but it's not going to happen. I haven't anymore time to put into this with work and family taking up nearly all my time. All i can do is express my deepest apologies to all concerned that i've let you all down!

ok been asked am i gettign 3mm lashers or stock 1mm?? is there a difference? can anyone shed any light before the 4th of august?

yes there is a difference.....2mm

Its the size of the hole for the oilway. The 3mm ones are an upgrade to overcome issues with the original spec.

Have you tried cleaning the std ones out? Most times doing that means you only need to replace 1 or 2 and if you run decent oil afterwards it will be ok for quite a while.

its only max 300 for a set of lifters/lashers. and car has done some 130k km... tbh 6 months ago it was ok ish.. now its loud.. even when she is warmed up i got hot ticks under the hood.

Mine has only done 65k and I get it.... lol Seems to be the oil I run in it... If I run Amsoil its quiet as till the oil is dirty.... With the Turbolite it ticks no matter what..
