    PrintThread.php - shows vBulletin logo, not a nice CVR4 one

    Not a biggie, but I've just gone to print a thread, and when using the "Show printable version" option, it shows with the standard vBulletin logo at the top of the page, rather than a nice ClubVR4 one.
