Japfest 2011 - Saturday 14th May

Event information:

The first big show of the season, and always a popular one! This year will see a slight change of format, we will not be running dedicated track sessions instead we will be running two individual track sessions, purchasing 10 slots per sessions. Last year we were unable to sell half of the tickets via CVR4 and we ended up having to sell tickets outside the club, this added Unnecessary overheads to our roles.

Many of us stay at a hotel near Chippenham on the night before AND after, so feel free to join us!

(One per person - Under 14’s go free as long as they are accompanied by a paying adult (Maximum of 3 children per paying adult)

Stand tickets are free when paying for an entry ticket, we have 30 spaces on the stand - CVR4 Members have first dibs on those spaces!

• CVR4 Member - £15 (This includes your friends/neighbours/parents as long as YOU are a member.)
• Non-members - £20
• Gate Price - £20 per person on the day.

I have been informed that we are coming "mob handed". Mrs 4 and 2 x junior 4's are saying that we should make it a "Family Outing"

Non Members purchase the tickets at £20 stated above, members get discount in the shop - so they still use the same product, just members get a discount.

If they want to. But if a non-member goes to the shop, they will see a price of £20. The shop knows you are a member so charges YOU £15.

You can buy enough tickets for all your passengers at club members price, Mark, if that is your worry.
