There is a "Committee Feedback" button by the reputation button under your avatar and details. That starts a new thread in the committee area with the title "Reported Post In [thread title]". That usually works quite well.

With regard to that particular thread, there is a thread in the commie area discussing, but thanks for highlighting it.
