I think it's something to do with Metal Gear Solid which is where my nickname came from.

It's the Foxdie genome injected into Solid Snake from Metal Gear Solid, the one on the left is the original Foxdie, the one on the right is the mutated Foxdie injected into Snake in MGS4

You mean you haven't played MGS4? It's a very good game but if you loved MGS on PS1 you will love the level on MGS4 where you return to Shadow Moses, it is beautiful.
