Midlands Rolling Road meet - Interest please!!

At some point in the next few weeks I would like to get my new car rolling roaded so I have a "start" power for it and hopefully a clean bill of health for the engine. I got the impression on the Eurospec thread that there might be a few others interested in a mini-meet?

Please let me know if anyone else is interested in a mini-meet at a midlands dyno, and how soon you would be interested in going.....

Yeah - I'm not expecting a massive turn out for exactly that reason. Just thought if there are 4 or 5 of us that want to run, plus a few that want to come along for a chat/p!sstake then I'll book something in March. Otherwise I'll just crack on and organise my own power run.

Yep, as I didn't make the Eurospec one, I would be interested. Not too bothered about getting mine on the RR as still work in progress but certainly up for meeting a few more members. I suppose if I was there, it would be almost rude not to though

Put me down Nick, as long as I can get the ECU swapped before the date you book it, I'm hoping John has time before March so should be fine for me. Slightly off topic but how much work is involved in fitting a decat? Going to buy one off the bay of dreams, would it be easy to fit at a meet like this or am I better trying to find somewhere local to do it?

I think it would be a good comparison if someone does do the rolling road at this one who has just done Eurospec without touching there car just to see if there would be a difference?

Depending on how my leg is, and if I can find someone to drive my car, I might be interested in this, April would be easier for me though as I'll start to be able to bear weight on my leg.

Depending when and where I could do this, I've not got any (immediate) plans to mod the car, other than a service etc my car will be the same condition as at Eurospec

I'd venture to say it'll most likely be at Rev It in Solihull, it's easily accessible for most of us as it's 5 minutes off J4 of the M42.
