I used Fred Hendersons (Durham) way back about 5/6 years ago to have the heater matrix / cambelt replaced in my Volvo C70.

They did an OK job, I wasn't especially enamoured with the work they did as they took longer than anticipated / had to take it back temporarily but yeah they were OK.

A lot can change in 6 years though..

wow - Roy Tolley in colchester now that is a joke ,my boss uses these everytime to service, mot, repair ect and everytime they bugger up in some way he wont change because he is old .

i can not tell you enough to avoid this place in less you enjoy breaking down after they have serviced it (3 times now) and waisting your time when they forget to book you in properly(6 mots on the trot now)
