That vid is pure class... handlin and drivin just awesome...
New headlights, indicators, arch liners all sourced.
New lightweight OZ racing wheels arrived today complete with brand new tyres.....Marangoni Vento's....look like a decent directional tread. Reviews are mixed on these so will keep an eye on them.
To do:
1:Brake lines/fluid/Discs and Pads.
2: MOT/UK plates
3: Finish stripping.
4: Fit spoiler
5: finally get road testing!
Still here somewhere........
Have it done by Monday then.
I'm spending the weekend on the MK2 Golf 1.8T transplant. That won't be done by Monday

Ive just been out for my first proper drive in it, christ on a bike it certainly gets up and goes. It feels sooo light compared to anything I have driven.
Its loud, harsh, bangy, whiny......just what I wanted....I cant stop smiling and now cant wait to get driving it longer......
Spent all morning putting it back together...new wheels on...new stock brake pads.....resprayed front bumper by way of rattle can which Im impressed how well it came out, especially for me!
Pics to follow later this evening!

Pics below....spoiler to fit then its off for MOT and registration. I think im going to need a drivers seat atleast, current ones are quite narrow. So if anyone has a half decent bucket seat then im all ears....
Further underbody protecting plates revealed themselves! What would the plate be protecting behind the suspension?

not much to update.....spoiler fitted. fog light fitted for MOT.
Not sure of the spoiler but the rest looksly good.

Managed to track down an E1 spoiler then, good work! Just noticed you have the GDR inserts on the tailgate which look far better than an ugly fog light
Possibly the only VR4 that was driven by the current owner before being registered..... & it's a UK car
