CVR4 transport required for the gazebo and flags

I am currently in possession of the Club's gazebo and flags.

The first event we will be requiring these at is JapFest at Castle Combe on 14 May.

However! I have no way of transporting them to the event on the day, due to insufficient space (i.e. we will have the girlies in the back of of the Leggie, as they are going to the grandparents in Gloucester for the weekend).

I intend to bring them to the Rolling Road day next Saturday (26 March) as I will be on my own, and will therefore have room.

Question is, is there anybody who will be present, willing and able to take them off my hands for onward transport to JapFest?

Its a shame some sort of roof box could not sort this problem and then it could be passed between cars.

i can tell you from experience that there are at least three ways of getting them in a saloon so dont worry if you dont have a leggie ( it does knock out atleast two seats though)

Galoon loading instructions - Open both rear passenger windows, slide gazebo in slowly and straddle through the car

I'd offer Nev, but I have nowhere to store it at mine.

Mark - quite big, and farkin' heavy!

The gazebo on its own has got to be in the region of 50kg.

I might be able to get some better figures - are you hatching a plan?

It can stop at mine for a while. BUT I am not going to Japfest and I won't be around for people to collect it before hand.
