Was the oil level low in the transfer box?

If it literally is the odd drip, I'd leave it. Might only need a replacement washer on the drain plug (if it has one). Not sure what else it could be, transfer box wise? Unless it's oil from further up? E.g. a drip from the rear rocker cover gasket, or a rear plug seal. There's also the oil feed lines to and from the rear turbo that I can think of off the top of my head.

There is a seal between the transfer box and gearbox but it is for gearbox oil, not transfer box oil.

There's a opening between transfer case and gearbox with a O ring seal. Maybe that seal is broken ??!?!?

Yes, but as my previous posts says, that o ring prevents gearbox oil leaking out, not transfer box oil. I guess it depends what the leaking oil is.
