Any Ideas?

So basically 2days ago my mum bought herself a 1998 Galant V6-24. The guy told us there was a cracked windscreen, blowing exhaust and a bit of welding needed at the rear sills and arches. What he didn't mention was that the only part of the exhaust without holes in it was the cat, that the brake lines had been redone (VERY POORLY) brakes are only good if going speed limits AND that theres a leak in the sump. Pretty annoyed for her so i thought i would see if anyone in the west of scotland area was looking for a donor. Have a look at the link below the interiors pretty mint. Open to any and all offers just want rid of it.

Sorry to hear you have been sold a duff one. Not a lot you can say about this I'm afraid as it is buyer beware plus doing home work is essential when buying any car.

Every time you edit it, it goes back into the moderation queue. It goes there because you have not been registered long enough or have enough posts, and because you have posted an external link. So it has to be manually approved by a mod, each time.

So there's a period when the original post disappears from everyone else's view, but all the replies remain, and the thread then looks a bit odd, to say the least!

Ah! Hence my previous post.

Getting rid could be the easiest answer. Sorting the issues is potentially going to cost more than buying one that doesn't have the issues in the first place.
