Center console help

hi guys i have decided to cover the nasty wood effect with some white carbon fibre vinyl, is there a guide on how to remove the bits on a manual vr4 as i dont want to start pulling things off and snapping clips etc.
any help is much appreciated.

Pretty easy really, manual knob just twists off, once that's done you can just pull the gearstick surround out by reaching under the leather at the bottom and pulling upwards gently.
