hey all needing help with my FTO :(

mabe someone can help me out. at first the car was sticking in third (automatic with tiptron) and would just rev alot if went over 30, but now it is changing gears (after a week) but the revs are picking up and dropping while driving and changing gears its real rough we have done a full oil change and trans fluid change also have tried input out put sensors. wanna check relays but cant read japaniese writting so its got us stuck. any help would be great even if you could contact us on 0433714627

sounds like it was in limp home mode, so you need to start diagnosing the problem, pull the error codes out of the ECU it could just be a sensor failure on the box.

Given your location, I'd suggest the Australian FTO club, I personally know a couple of members, I'm sure they'll point you in the right direction...

Has the heater matrix on the car had a problem recently?

Input and output speed sensors would be the first check otherwise.
