    "New" tidy engine bay

Just spent morning on tidying up engine bay in my "Fart". There were too many wires, cables, hoses pipes always in your way

Tomasz. Why do you have the silver rap round your air intake & box? I must have missed the thread you posted about it if you did.
The mighty Leedsnum has gone but the Airtrek mods will soon fill this space

I think it's to help shield it from the heat Andy. Colder air intake = denser air = more bang!

Also looks very good Tomasz, love the sexy orange pipes!

Andy, on intake and filter is indeed to heat protect. MAF is reading "better" methinks. Just like James said.
James, those orange pipes are in fact gold ones . It's adhesive carbon heat shield, and for that price I've paid I couldn't get "silver", so this is staying for now till I get more matching colours
And yes, heat shield wrapping is to cool intake either before MAF or before TB (methanol injection).

Hey Tomasz, that dash really looks good in the carbon wrap

Hope the vent panel was to your liking and that it does the job well. The wrap goes over like it is original and looks excellent.
Do you have any feedback or recommendations (positive and/or negative welcome).

And the rear visor looks very sleek. Nice jobe mate.

I'm happy with you job Atik. Top class.
Unfortunately each gauge is different make so it doesn't look really tits, but I can live with that. I was to fit pod caps as well, but typical 52mm caps didn't fit over Innovate and AEM gauge and distance between slots was mariginaly too small to fit 60mm caps. It won't be a problem with standard aftermarket gauges, i.e. "AutoGauge" where you can use 52mm caps, tho.
Now I need to figure out what type of visor/cap dash I'd like to fit over gauges. Have few ideas, but gonna leave this till September.
So, my only recommendation for you Atik is gap between gauges holes increase approx. 3mm-5mm.

Anyway, any sort of cap/visor is a MUST thing.

Ok thanks Tomasz. I'll keep that in mind.
The original idea was to evenly space the gauges with the hazard button at the same distance apart. There is enough space to make the gauges sit apart from each other a few millimetres more.

Looking great and envious of your spec!
However if you are looking for truthful opinion then to my mind the Strut Brace ends in a matching blue and the blue option for the cam cover would just make it the bees-knees.
    Cheers,
