e84 single turbo setup??

break it down easy

-was a twin td025 (yes not t25, half the size of the td04)
-changed it to a ceramic t28 in search of better boost and lower spool
-succeded (kind of)
-it boosted once then the turbo ate itself
-should i a)rebuild it as a ballbearing setup
b)buy a new ball bearing t28, or
c)..................................

please help, i really need it

Hi my names Luciano from Nz.

I have a 93 Galant same as yours.currently i am upgrading parets around the engine and now im going to upgrade the turbos.keep me posted on what i can stick in there safetly.
