changing for bigger turbos

I read in russian forum they change VR4 stock turbos (TDO3) with TDO4 from subaru WXR ( parts number turbos)
14412AA230 and 14412AA140
49377- 04200 49377- 04100
Anyone knows are they compatible or have done something similar ?

There are a few who have done it. It isn't straight forward, you will need to modify quite a bit.
