It's happening...nothing. Still there, sitting and waiting for the compliance. The local guys here have some problems, as there are no official documents for a VR-4 here in Germany. If it would have been an import as a VR-4, there would not have been so much problems. But swapping engines-what a nightmare! Hope to get that sorted soon. I want to drive!
the one and only...Pearl White Legnum 25 ST-R...registered in Germany - now featuring a 6A13TT engine (unless you know otherwise)
Car looks fantastic, worthy conversion. Good luck with the compliance.
So guys and lads, it's time for another update here. Finally the car is registered now. And I already have an empty fuel tank. :-/
@Atik: The engine I have from you is perfect. No tappet noise, nothing. Just a nice V6 sound and turbo whistle on acceleration. THANK YOU again bud!
The Recaros are in and it's a completely different feeling now. We used the OE seat rails from a Super and so this was a straight bolt in job. BUT, please be aware that the seat position is slightly higher now than with the OE cloth seats, so no mod for tall people...
There are still some minor things to do. I need to get the TRE- fuel pump in, as the car is running lean currently. Further I have to replace the center section of the exhaus as it's rusted and blows. Last but not least I want to moidify the front bumper prior to get it painted. A lot of things to do until May 31st...

Finanlly Stefan! Good for you. Nice number-plate too!
Glad the engine is going strong for you Stefan. As I said to you ages ago, it was running a really healthy 300bhp and 350ft/lbs of torque at its best with the scope for more power. Tappets were noisy when I had it, but I guess your work to the car has helped to quiet that down. Hope you get many years of service from such a rare beast now
And again, great work.

My recent and ex Mitsubishi's
This is a job well done
love the seats,
if i need to replace the evo5's,
ill be looking for a set of those.
Very nice Stefan. The std recaro rails are about 60mm off the floor to where the seat mounts so they are very high, my bride ones are only 30 in comparison..
finally, after a good 8 weeks, we finished of the front bumper, grille and rear spats. I also managed to get compliance for the car, so I am happy with it so far. Some very minor issues are still there, such as the fuel gauge issue since the TRE fuel pump was installed...
