i have a laptop to read ecu and evoscan, so you are in luck, no probs ian.

I bring my laptop but AFAIK we cant do much with NJ ECUs, Dave will pop around with more knowledge

you have got a 7201 ecu, sorry i can't do anything with it. only evoscan to use.

i have got a day off tomorrow and i will be doing a few things before saturday, wideban AFR wich is a full exhaust off for me as it is a one pice job, boost sensor to unused O2 point on ecu, relocate boost controller to arm rest starage box i think, oil pressure and temp sensor and gauge, exhaust wrap downpipes, oil and filter change.
I am sure i have missed something out but i will have my hands full i think.

not at all mate any time, i will be in all day, i have some guy coming round to replace the door frames on my new front and back door, which they messed up. so i thought i would fill the time in with a schedule of work.

oh forgot i might do the fuel pump, fuel filter, and fuel pressure regualor as well.

or that might be a step too far.


I am hoping to up and about for 8.00am doing stuff on the car. so any time after that, and if you want to bring you daughter round we can probably keep her amused.

are going to come to Japfest II on july 8th the club shop sale for entry and track sesions will close on monday.
entry with stand space is £13 and track session is discounted to £25 for each session, so it is less than £65 for a great day out.

if you don't fancy taking your car out on track, i am doing both track sessions so you could come out on trak with me.

just a thought, by the way it is at donnington, just picture yourself thrashing round donnington race track and it has just been resurfaced in a number of places and it is the home of a very good motor musium which is other a visit itself.

this is open to everyone and donnington is not as far away as castle comb.

i have just had a word with karl, and we are ok for tomorrow.

not sure when karl is going to open up, but i am going to get there for about 9.00am as there is lots of space out front and if karl is a bit late we can start outside.


i am going to gring my boost leak test gear as adam wants to use it, i will also bring the laptop for diagnostic stuff.

my car is a bit of a state at the moment, i have been doing some stuff to it today and didn't quite finish it, so all the centre console is out and arm reset and ecu's and kick panels.
i should be able to finish up when we are there tomorrow, and make my car look normal again.

didn't get as much done as i hoped for, but that because i mess around with anything and everything, i have no focus, i am like a little butterfly flitting form flower to flower.

well not quite a butterfly, more like a buffalo skipping through a dewy medow, sorry did i say skipping, i meant trampling, and i got the dewy medow wrong as well, i meant to say, mine field., so that makes me a buffalo trampling through a mine field.
that's more like it.
