i have been busy this afternoon,

i got my paddle shift gear change installed the paddles are on the steering wheel, so it was a clock spring modification, air bag off steering wheel change, rewire and put it all together.

i think i will give the UTCOM a go tomorrow as the dash is in bit.

i will try and get there in the afternoon, i depend how long it takes to change the front door frame on my new house door.

i can drop the gearbox lift round first thing in the morning as long as someone can get to Karls for about 9.00am so i can drop it off.

karl do you need the use of an engine crane?
if so i can drop that round as well.
i picked it up last weekend for my parents house, but i have not even had a chance to unbox it yet.
you can use it if you want but you will yave to put it together first. it is in 4 boxes at the moment.

i cann drop it round tonight if you are open at about 4-430ish
then it is all ready for you in the morning.

i bought it about 4 months ago from one of the guys on here and he very kindly delivered it to my parents house, but i have not been down to vist since new year eve so i have only just picked it up.

i don't actually think i will be going to be able to get to karls tonight, i ran a bit late from work and we are going to hospital again tonight to see my farther in law, cheer him up a bit after he broke his leg on tuesday.

i have a family gathering tomorrow afternoon/evening so time will be very limited tomorrow for me, if i will drop the engine crane and gearbox lift off in the morning and try and get down to see you all in the afternoon. but the afternoon vist all depend on how long it takes for the muppets to replace my front door frame.

i think you would need a legnum to get it all in. i don't mind bringing it round in the morning.
but as i said above i have not even unpacked the crane, so i am hopping all the parts are there to put it togther. It should be, but i just don't know. i have a balancer to attach to the craane as well. but i am not sure if there is more than one lift point fitted to the engine. i know there is a lift point by the oil filler cap so there should be one in the opposite corner. or it is a case of useing some webbing straps of old seat belts to wrap under the engine and secure the balancer to them.

well we will see tomorrow.

by the way it is a 2000KG engine crane so it should be up to the job.
