I have just had a bout of this bug that is going round (noro virus) so I doubt if I will be able to make it or should make it.
I don't want to pass it on to anyone as it is horrible, and particularly don't want to give it Adam and his new born.

About a quarter of my company has gone down with it and we have about 500-600 people working hear.
Not very nice at all.
