trouble getting onto the clubvr4 site

is anyone else having trouble with the site loading when you click on to the site
sometimes when i go log on the site it takes a age to load then sometimes not at all
even when you go around the site its ok one min then not the next this is the only
site i have trouble with

i had this problem not to long ago mike, i was told to turn the chat button off at bottom of the screen by going in to the chat settings, worked fine ever since

Yep, have a look in the site bugs/issues forum, that has a couple of threads regarding the issue.

If it solves the problem, post up. It will be useful for the admins to know it is affecting a fair few people.

cheers for that craig & nick all seems well now turned the chat off ,like i say it was a real pain as the site would not load up

like i said mike mine was the same and it took ages and ages to load any pages i just got the spinny thing all the time, turned chat off been ok since.

If the URL doesn't work I would try Googling it or find the registration email and following the link > from there just click "Home" or one of the pop-downs.

I can look at maybe 4 or 5 articles then it just hangs unless i log out and back in then again its fine for 4 or 5 pages again.

What happens when you disable the chat?

I'm deciding whether to upgrade it, if it works when you disable it ill upgrade and we can try it again.

I have just upgraded the software, in the vain attempt that they have added a couple nice features (they have not) however, as you have experienced the issue before hand would it be possible for you to enable the chat to see if the problem is still there with this new chat version?

p.s anyone else who had this problem is also welcome to test and revert

Just retried it Barry and still causing an issue for me. Pages just "hang" or "eggtime" whatever you want to call it for ages. Turned it off again now and all back to normal.
